We listen, act, and transform
Accepting Clients June 1, 2024. Life is overwhelming on the best of days and everyone needs a little help. I am eager to help people through life stages, past traumas, and anxieties about the future. I am trauma informed and passionate about helping those who don't feel as though they belong. I use an eclectic style of therapy so I am able to provide you with the tools you are needing. But above all, building a trusting and therapeutic relationship will be the basis to healing.
