I’m passionate about helping people set boundaries in their work, families, and relationships, creating lives that feel authentic and fulfilling. I prioritize creating a safe, affirming space for our LGBTQIA community. I prioritize a multicultural approach and see the value of seeing every part of what makes you, you.

I take a trauma-informed approach and a multicultural perspective to our work together. I am Interna Family Systems (IFS) Informed and have training in Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My professional goal is to become excellent in the tools I use. But the healing is in the trust and relationship we build together.

My Approach
I'm a trauma therapist informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment Theory, and I'm currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and plan to pursue formal certification. I believe that building trust is the foundation of effective therapy, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel safe exploring your past.
